The more we dig ourselves into the ever-widening Europe so the more we rub shoulders with more distant cultures.
For instance, we are now in the same bed as Spain where our civilised European fellows relish and applaud the purposeful torture and lingering death of that majestic creature, the bull. Do we really want to be associated with such people or have we been brainwashed that by being part of it we stand a chance of changing their culture that has evolved over hundreds of years.
If you think bull fighting is mild then what about the delicacy of some African minority groups here in our midst; yes, here in the UK. A sheep or goat carcass, called a “Smokie” is considered to be a delicacy by them. What is a “Smokie” you ask? Well a single carcass can be worth up to £200 providing it is killed as follows; tie the legs of the animal together and, while it is still alive, lower it onto a fire so that the wool is burned off. The bare flesh is then blowtorched to give the “Smoky” flavour. The throat of the animal is cut at some vague point during the process but the animal dies a lingering death by either the shock of the fire or blood loss.
Yes, this is going on here in the UK and its not just ethnic minorities. Eight farmers in Wales were caught blow-torching 338 sheep that they bought for £1 each. They admitted in court that the meat was unfit for human consumption but could have been sold in London for £70 each. Furthermore the public health was further put at risk by the spinal cord being left in the carcasses.
Are you proud to be a UK citizen? If so are you going to stop this grotesque, barbaric culture permeating our culture.
The name of Europe should epitomise standards of civilisation. As an island nation our history is founded on the struggles to achieve high standards for treating both humans and animals. If you don’t like your bed partners, get out of the bed. To get out of Europe with its barbaric fringes call UKIP on 01903 885573. Lets preserve our hard fought standards, not let them be diluted by the advancing fringes
